Monarch Laundry grabbed this opportunity and by mostly word of mouth, have expanded its operation every year since. What makes Monarch unique is that it is still family run and therefore, its a very personal service. Each customer is known by their names, not an account number. There is no call centre, no huge database and no being past around from pillar to post. Rapport with their customers, including housekeeping staff is of the utmost importance and facilitating great communication between them and their customers is key to ensuring a much smoother running of the customer's business.
