Monarch Laundry first opened its doors in 1967, becoming Yeovil’s very first coin-operated launderette. Founded by the Forbes family, it quickly became a familiar and trusted place for the local community, at a time when self-service laundry was something new and exciting.

More than half a century on, Monarch Laundry remains in the same family ownership, still proudly run by the Forbes family. While much has changed since those early days, the launderette continues to offer the same simple, reliable and affordable coin-operated service that generations of customers have come to know and trust.

Don't have time to wait? Our experienced team are available to take service washes and drying between 9am-5pm Monday - Friday.

We can wash, dry & fold personal clothing, football kits, rugby kits, hairdressing, beauty or spa towels, duvets and sleeping bags.
